DGP Abhay holds review meeting in Sambalpur

Sambalpur: Director General of Police Abhay held a review meeting in Sambalpur district today. This is Abhay’s first review meeting in the district after assuming office.

Prior to the meeting, the DGP had visited Police BTI.

According to reports, the top cop reviews law and order situation of five districts that come under the jurisdiction of Northern Range in Odisha.

Besides, at the high-level meeting Abhay also discussed various important topics including 5T, Mo Sarkar scheme, Maoist activities, violence involving groups, narcotics trade and police investigation procedures.

The meeting was attended by Northern Central Range DIG of Police‎ Narasingha Bhol.

Abhay is scheduled to hold a meeting with the inspectors on the charge of various police stations across Sambalpur.
