Celebration of Raja festival is ban in Keonjhar -DM guidelines
Keonjhar: The Keonjhar district administration on Wednesday issued guidelines in view of Raja festival and warned strict action over violation of the guidelines.
Any kind of congregation during Raja Festival including any kind of gathering for celebrations like Raja Doli, Mela, Mahotsav, feasts and traditional games related to Raja Festival, from 11.6.2020 to 16.6.2020 in the district is strictly prohibited. Sponsoring organizations for these types of gatherings should also be strictly discouraged,” as per the guidelines.
All essential shops including garments and stationery shops are allowed to open at 7 AM and close at 7 pm during this time period. Other non-essential shops are allowed to open from 7pm to2 pm. This is applicable from June 11 to 16.”
