Nalco contributes Rs 10.20 crore to PM Cares & Odisha CMRF COVID Fund

Bhubaneswar: National Aluminium Company Tuesday contributed Rs 10.20 crore for the fight against COVID-19 pandemic.

The  aluminium behemoth NALCO has contributed Rs 5 crore to the Prime Minister’s Citizen Assistance and Relief in Emergency Situations (PM CARES) Fund.

This apart, employees of NALCO have also contributed one day salary amounting to Rs 2.6 crore to the PM CARES Fund for containment of deadly coronavirus.

The employees of the public sector undertaking have also contributed one day salary of Rs 2.6 crore to Odisha Chief Minister’s Relief Fund (CMRF).
