Cuttack: A  youth entrepreneur and a student of IPSAR college , Saurav Bharalawala decided to help the needy people in the silver City Cuttack. He approached competative authority for this kind activities.

DCP Cuttack  allowed him in his team for distribution of essential commodities to the residents of Cuttack, those who are affected by lockdown, which had been extended till 30th April 2020.

We the staff and faculty of IPSAR group of institutions, wish him and appreciate him for courageous work done by him during this period one of his teacher said.
