Niranjan Sethi promoted to Director (tech) – I& PR, Govt of Odisha .

Barada Prasanna Das, senior OIS Officer has been promoted to Joint Director Rank.

 

Bhubaneswar:  Niranjan Sethi  (OIS) Officer, has been promoted to as Director (Technical) of the Department of Information and Public Relations. Mr.Sethi, who was Additional Director of the Department of Information and Public Relations has been promoted to the post of Director Technical, said an official release.

Over 30 years, Mr.Sethi has worked in various places and posts including PRO of Chief Minister, PRO of Governor.
He has several field assignments, which he handled with all sincerity and dedication.Mr.Sethi has handled almost all Branches and shown his effectiveness in promoting the image of the State Government, admit officials.
Well-known as an efficient Media Management  Officer, Mr.Sethi is expected to take up new assignment on the lines of 5T and will activate the Department in the future, officials say.

Similarly Barada Prasanna Das, senior OIS Officer has been promoted to Joint Director Rank.

He was serving as Deputy Director-cum-Deputy Secretary in the Department of Information and Public Relations.

Mr.Das over 35 years has served in the Department of Information and Public Relations with all sincerity and devotion. As PRO with several Ministers, Mr.Das has proved his mettle and as an eminent writer and erudite speaker he is well known across the State.  Both the senior officials were welcomed by their colleagues and other staffs on well deserved promotion,State Government is ensuring promotion for all the deserving officers and employees on 1 January, which has come as a positive step to boost the morale of hardworking officers.
