Advocate Notice send to Sambit Patra for false allegation on INC ‘s 9 MLA.

Cuttack: MLA Md.Moquim OLA, had sent a legal notice to Dr.Sambit Patra spokesperson of BJP, national leader, for false allegation for being silence and had taken money from BJD government in Odisha, and supporting Minister Arun sahoo in Pari murder case.

Dr. Sambit Patra had given a press bite onton 1st Dec, to media houses, asking Rahul Gandhi and blamming all 9 MLA of OLA of Indian National Congress, that they are not raising voice against minister Arun Sahu. And thay have taken appropriate money from the BJD political party and kept quiet, said Md.Moquim, MLA, barabati-cuttack.

Dr. Sambit Patra had defame the reputation and good will of MLA barabati-cuttack,Md.h Moquim.

He demanded Dr. Sambit to apologise to him and his fellow OLA, through a press meet.
