Empowering Youth: Young Indians Hosts Dynamic Problem-Solving Workshop at St. Xavier’s High School.

Cuttack: St. Xavier’s High School, Mission Road, organised an insightful and engaging session in collaboration with Young Indians(Yi) to address an important concern among today’s young generation—the growing dependence on the Internet and artificial Intelligence for finding solutions to everyday problems.

The class-wise session focused on developing independent thinking, problem-solving abilities, confidence and the courage to put ideas into practical action.

The session highlighted how technology can be a powerful tool for learning,but it should not replace a child’s own thinking and creativity.

The resource persons encouraged students to ask questions, analyse situations, explore different possibilities and arrive at solutions through their own reasoning.

The central message was simple yet powerful: “Use technology as a tool,not a substitute for your thoughts.”

Principal Mrs. Rupa Mishra motivated the students through an inspiring elocution, encouraging them to believe in themselves and face challenges with confidence.

She reminded the students that education is not merely about collecting information but about learning how to think, decide and act wisely. Her motivating words encouraged the children to step beyond their comfort zones and transform knowledge in to action.

She beautifully conveyed the thought, “Confidence grows when you stop waiting for the perfect answer and start believing that you can find a solution.” The session was conducted by C.A. Zeba and C.A. Sk Abu Saqueeb, who presented an informative and engaging presentation for the students.

Through relatable examples and interactive discussion, they explained the importance of critical thinking, creativity and practical problem-solving.

They encouraged the children to face challenges with a positive mindset and reminded them that every problem is an opportunity to learn something.

Their encouraging approach made the session lively, meaningful and enjoyable for the students.

The programme was conducted class-wise, allowing the resource persons to interact with students according to their age and level of understanding. The children participated enthusiastically and were encouraged to share their ideas, think independently and apply what they learned in heritance.

The session concluded with an inspiring message for the young minds:“The future belongs not to those who have every answer at their fingertips,butto those who have the courage to think, question, create and solve.”
