St. Xavier’ s High School Celebrates International Yoga 
Cuttack : St. Xavier’ s High School, Mission Road, celebrated International Yoga Day with great zeal and positivity on its campus.
The programme witnessed active participation from the teaching staff, who performed various yoga asanas and breathing exercises to promote physical fitness,mental well-being, and a healthy lifestyle. The yoga session was conducted under the expert guidance of Mr. Srikanth Prusty, a Gold Medalist in Yoga and an experienced yoga instructor.
He demonstrated a series of yoga postures and highlighted the importance of incorporating yoga into daily life for achieving harmony between body and mind.
Addressing the gathering, Chairman Mr. Prabhu Charan Mohanty emphasized the significance of yoga as India’ s invaluable gift to the world and encourage you devery one to make yoga are regular practice for a healthier and more balanced life.
Principal Mrs. Rupa Mishra appreciated the enthusiastic participation of the teachers and reiterated the school’s commitment to promoting holistic development and wellness among students and staff.
She also join the teachers to perform yoga and asanas. The celebration concluded with a pledge to embrace yoga as a way of life and to spread awareness about its numerous benefits within the community.
