Hundreds Join Yoga Day Event in Bhubaneswar to Promote Health and Wellness.

Bhubaneswar: A grand yoga camp was organized by the ‘Biswas’ family on the occasion of International Yoga Day.
People of various age groups participated enthusiastically in the event, collectively practicing *asanas* (postures), *pranayama* (breathing exercises), and meditation.

The event was held at the Shyama Prasad Mukherjee Park in the local Satsang Vihar area.
On the occasion, Rajkumar, President of the Bihar Social Welfare Assistance Society (Biswas), highlighted key aspects of yoga, Said that it is not just physical exercise but the foundation for a healthy life, mental peace, and a balanced personality.

He expressed great happiness and pride that the Yoga Day event, organized by Biswas for the first time, received such enthusiastic cooperation and support from everyone.

The participation of people exceeding expectations made the event not only successful but also memorable. The active presence of seniors, youth, women, and children filled the atmosphere with energy, enthusiasm, and positivity.

“I am confident that we will continue to receive your guidance and support in the future, enabling our young members to step forward with even greater enthusiasm in activities serving the public interest,”

He said. An atmosphere of discipline and zeal was evident throughout the program. Finally, all participants pledged to practice yoga regularly for a healthy and disease-free life.


Anand Mohan, Organizing Secretary of Biswas, extended heartfelt thanks, congratulations, and best wishes to everyone present for the successful organization of International Yoga Day.

Key contributors to the event’s success included Biswas Public Relations Officer Sheshnath Rai, along with Anil Rai, Kumud Singh, Amarnath Saha, Shankar Yadav, renowned litterateur and poet Vikramaditya Singh, Pushkar Thakur, Mukesh Verma, and several other senior members.
