Cuttack:( TOB-BNNS) Today, a grand and successful celebration of Bihar Day was observed at Lok Bhavan, Bhubaneswar, in the gracious presence of the Hon’ble Governor.
The presence of hundreds of members of the Vishwas family and esteemed guests made this special occasion truly memorable.
On this proud occasion, the much-awaited Silver Jubilee commemorative special edition “Uday” was formally released by presenting its first copy to the Hon’ble Governor.
