Kendrapara: 5 th annual function of Bidyut prava sahitya sansad was celebrated today in the village of Eradang, Natra,Aul,Kendrapada Honurable Minister of Tourism Mr.Jyoti prakash Panigrahi Inaugurated the function and all the village were present in this function , Mr. pratap dev MLA Aul and other distinguished guest attend the function.
